Ring Artisan began with a little girl's fascination for everything precious and sparkling. Our founder, Charen, spent her childhood captivated by her mother's jewels and as a teenager that fascination became a craft, designing pieces for family and friends through word of mouth.
Though she first pursued a career in agriculture, her love of jewellery never faded. In 2019 she brought the two worlds together and founded Ring Artisan in Stellenbosch, a town whose heritage, beauty, and craftsmanship traditions shaped everything the brand would become.

Every design is brought to life by our skilled craftsmen, overseen at every stage by Charen, and made using ethically sourced lab-grown diamonds, natural mined diamonds, and gemstones. Our life-size ring models let you see and feel your design before it's ever cast in precious metal, so there are no surprises, only certainty.
We work exclusively by appointment, from our private studio in Stellenbosch. It's a deliberate choice: it means every client gets our full attention, and every piece gets the care it deserves.
