You are who you say you are, and can prove your identity if we reasonably require it.

You will provide all relevant information we may reasonably require for any dealings with us. If you do not, or if you provide incorrect information, Ring Artisan may cancel the relevant agreement or transaction.

Intellectual property

The website and all of its content — including software, text, graphics, icons, photographs, hyperlinks, and designs — is owned by or licensed to Ring Artisan. This content is protected by South African and international intellectual property law and may not be used in any way without the prior written consent of Ring Artisan or the relevant licensor.

Our jewellery designs, including bespoke designs created for clients, remain the intellectual property of Ring Artisan unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Breach

Ring Artisan reserves the right to:

Refuse you further access to the website if you breach any of these terms, if we cannot verify information you provide, or if we believe you are conducting illegal, abusive, or harmful activities.

Refer any breach that constitutes a crime to the relevant authorities.

Claim damages for any loss, damage, or expense we suffer as a result of your breach.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ring Artisan, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers against all losses and expenses (including legal costs on an attorney-and-own-client basis) resulting from your failure to comply with these terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Your use of the Ring Artisan website constitutes your consent to the jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa (Western Cape Division, Cape Town).

Any claim arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, or from any product or service provided, is subject to the laws of the Republic of South Africa. All proceedings will be conducted in English.
